All hoists and pullers are digitally tested and certified using our custom built Certified Dillon Digital Load Cell at 125% of rated load. Each hoist will come with a Calibration Certificate (sample shown below). Each hoist is first visually inspected for any potential failures, buffed, degreased, and then cleaned to remove any dirt, rust, oil, water, etc. Damaged or worn parts will be replaced, and hoist is then tested at 125% of rated load. All hoists will be repainted and decals will be replaced (custom paint colors optional). 

We’ve upgraded to a new hoist tester that includes additional safety features! Our proprietary software produces enhanced results for non-manipulative Digital Load Testing and is capable of testing up to 25 tons!

Our new hoist department has shock/sound absorbent floors and has 3-phase capabilities for electric hoists. We are proud to say that our hoist department has produced a quarter of a million certifications since 2001 with ZERO failures in the field.
